HOW TO STORE THE WONDER POLE® 640:
Your Wonder Pole is maintenance free and does not require any special storage. You can buy our optional storage bag to hold your pole and flags. You can even leave it outside throughout the year. WONDER POLE® 640 SPECIFICATIONS:
The Wonder Pole® uses a series of fiberglass tube sizes that nest inside of each other and will telescope to any desired height by use of our Sure Lock™ grips. The telescopic flagpole has 6 sections with the base section measuring 2.0" in diameter, and graduating in .25" increments to a finished .75" top section. The pole sections are made from Circular Wound Fiberglass with a 1/8 inch wall thickness which provides exceptional strength. Because the Wonder Pole is constructed of fiberglass the electrical hazards commonly associated with metal flagpoles is reduced, and is maintenance free. No chipped paint or rusting will occur.

CONSTRUCTION:
Our exclusive "Circ" wound poles are the strongest in the industry. The method of construction prohibits the line cracking of the fiberglass pole, which is common in poles with only longitudinal strands. Like a crack in your windshield, it will keep going until the pole fails. The Wonder Pole will not. The high quality Nexus® Veil prevents fiber bloom (fiberglass slivers). We also include a UV inhibitor. Our "Sure Lock" grips are factory molded, and press fitted on the pole. No glue or rivets are used to hold the fittings on the pole. SPECIFICATIONS:
The first layer of our pole incorporates a high quality Nexus® veil and longitudinal strands for inner wall strength and stabilization. The second layer has a circumferential wrap to increase rigidity and hoop strength. Ordinary telescoping fiberglass poles do not have circumferential wrapping. The third layer has additional longitudinal strands on top of the first and second for extra material support and strength. Layer four is an electrical grade continues strand mat, which imparts multi-directional strength throughout the fiberglass Wonder Pole®. Layers five and six have 2 ply of high quality Nexus® veil to prevent fiber bloom and supply the unsurpassed finish that comes with every Wonder Pole®. How can you tell if it is a Wonder Pole®? The Wonder Pole is circumferentially wrapped for superior strength and to eliminate cracking. Ordinary fiberglass poles can develop cracks that continue to split upward until the entire pole fails. Just like a crack in the windshield keeps enlarging until it is through the entire glass.
The Wonder Pole® is a composite material. We use a minimum fiberglass content of 70% which is then circular wound with additional fiberglass strands, using a trade secret method
that adds tremendous strength, (excess of 75,000 psi) and prevents linear splitting commonly associated with other fiberglass poles. UV inhibitors are added to prevent degradation of the pole when exposed to the elements.

Each section of the pole is wrapped with two layers of the highest quality Nexus® veil which prevents fiber bloom (slivers in your hand), and preserves the integrity of the outer and inner surface of the Wonder Pole®. The pole has nesting sections that fit inside of each other, and draw out to any desired height. Each section has our exclusive "stop markers" to prevent extending the pole too far. The sections are secured into place by turning the Sure Lock Grips™ that are factory molded onto the pole.
We do not use glue or rivets, which come loose, to keep the handles or fittings on the pole. The Wonder Pole® is non conductive, and does not have any of the electrical hazards commonly associated with metal poles. You can replace any part of the pole or add to the Wonder Pole® at any time.
